Final Rabbit Update!

It looks like this is going to be the last video of baby rabbits for a while. They were auctioned off on Saturday and are being shipped out to their new homes this week. My brother made $600 and my sister made $800. Not a bad price for 6 rabbits! Once the mothers get around to making more babies, more videos will be up. In the meantime I will be supplying the site with many more videos that I am sure will be of interest to many people! We are keeping around 10 or so for breeding and some of them will be given away and others will be sold during the easter holiday.

I'm thinking about putting up more of my movies for download....how do you guys feel about this? Leave a comment to let me know what you think or if you have suggestions etc. I welcome the feedback!

And now I present:

I figured it was about time that I made a new entry!

Little bit of miscellaneous stuff to go over here:

The Bill Gates CES 2007 Keynote has been downloaded 88 times, and the Macworld Steve Jobs Keynote has been downloaded 192 times! (At time of this posting)

I'm still working on getting more footage on the supra, it's still a long ways from completion though (the new tripod helps!).

If everything works out I should be getting footage for one more bunny update video before they are auctioned off tomorrow.

And finally, I'm getting around to posting on here some more of the videos from my youtube...

So without further ado I present:

Finally got all the videos uploaded! There's four spanning the time from my freshman to senior year of high-school (2001-2004). The first video was made by one of the mentor's of my group that oversaw our robotic creations. The 2nd and 3rd were made by the skilled film creator Luke Becker. He does really good work, his contact info is at the end of the videos, look him up! The fourth one was filmed and edited by me. Please keep in mind it is my FIRST VIDEO EVER and thus is really rough in my opinion. T hen again maybe I am just hard on myself. So without further Ado:

SA B.E.S.T. 2001
I was so young!

SA B.E.S.T. 2002
One of the best years!

SA B.E.S.T. 2003

SA B.E.S.T. 2004
The final year.

MY FIRST VIDEO!

Hope you guys like them!

Robotics Anyone?

Dang I found some good stuff from way back in the day. More specifically, the first movie I ever made! For some background on this, I participated in a competition called SA B.E.S.T.(Boosting Science Engineering and Technology) through 2001-2004. It was during these thrilling four years of my high school life that the competition took place. The goal of BEST was to have high school students create robots to compete in competitions somewhat like Battlebots. The twist was instead of having us fight to destroy the other robots, we had to fulfill objectives (grabbing balloons, flipping levers etc) to gain points. There was regional, state, and national competitions with the winners receiving full scholarships to many Universities. I participated in the event but it wasn't until my fourth year in the competition that I actually made the video (2004).

Once I finish uploading to Youtube all four videos including my FIRST VIDEO EVER will be on here....

Happy Valentines!

Hey guys,
First off, Happy Valentines Day! Go buy stuff!

Also, I've got a couple more videos I should be posting in the next couple days...some of which have yet to see the light of day.

I figured that I would also share that I have decided upon my next major film that I would be working on - something about my car. That's it, I have a basic premise! =P For reference I own a 1990 Toyota Supra and there isn't enough movies about my kind of car so I figured I needed to make one. That and my car's just amazing enough to have a movie made about it!

You can check out my Cardomain HERE for more pics of it and some history etc.

Filming is in the basic stages right now, I bought a tripod (big investment I know!) and have been getting as much stock footage as I possibly can right now.

I'll keep the updates coming!

Rockin' Bill Gates

As I previously mentioned, I took part in two "Internet Phenomena" as I like to call them in January of 2007. The first as I previously showed you was the recording and subsequent posting of Steve Jobs' keynote speech at Macworld. The second was recording Bill Gates' keynote speech at the consumer electronics show and posting it to Youtube as well. Consisting of eight 10 minute segments for Youtube, it was a killer project but one that I definitely enjoyed making. I uploaded a full 100mb video of the keynote to myspace also to avoid having to post all 8 segments from Youtube on here.

Here it is:

Oh the crazy non-alcoholic nights!
Time: 3am
Location: My Apartment
Mood: Destructive

I need some background for this video. My roomates-Jason, Brandon, and I have had a long time to come to terms with the craptacular nature of our apartment. Basically put: It sucks pretty bad. The walls had a few holes in them (recently patched), the garbage disposal doesn't work, and the smell of cigarettes from the floor below us is nearly enough to kill me sometimes. But I digress, by far the worst feature of the apartment is the doors. Upon a close examination it is apparent that they were most likely made by some 3rd world country child in Nigeria who most likely makes Nike shoes on the side.
That fateful night in 2006, we tested the door strength. I made the mistake of angering brandon (250lbs. mind you) and I promptly ran for Jason's room knowing that something in my room would no doubt be destroyed if I ran there. Mistake 1: I closed the door thinking that perhaps it's small cardboard-strength frame would protect me from the onslaught of force that was about to be unleashed. Mistake 2: I hid in the bathroom where there was no window to jump from. (Note: We live on the 3rd floor...I wouldn't have jumped anyways). The door nearly crumpled under Brandon's tackling force but the hinges held just long enough for him to rip the handle open. Needless to say I survived the whole encounter, barely.
We were now stuck with a door barely hanging on it's hinges.

Time to take it down!

I present for your viewing pleasure:

Rockin' Steve Jobs

I took part in two internet "phenomena" in 2007 (Or so I like to say).
I was the only person to have the good idea of recording the Macworld Steve Jobs Keynote stream from apple.com and uploading it to Youtube. This may not seem like much of a big deal but when nearly every person on the internet is frantically trying to view the keynote and it overloads apple's servers, my recording was there to help.

It took roughly 5 hours to record the stream because nobody has the time to create a proper quicktime stream recorder and I had to record the video from the stream by recording my own computer screen. This resulted in a slightly choppy look but many people including myself were able to settle for it. Originally in 12 - 10 minute segments for Youtube (stupid video clip time limit) I re-uploaded the video to myspace videos in it's full 2 hours glory.

So now I present to you live and uncut:

Popular With The Ladies

I was skeptical at first about posting videos of baby rabbits to youtube. My brother was raising rabbits to auction them off in one of his school programs. After careful thought I realized that some people might actually have some interest in the little animals. I also realized that aside from destroying any amount of masculinity I had, it would boost the amount of girls that watched my videos by at least 200%. A worthy amount I believed.

So here is:

Bunny Update 1 - Bunny Rescue. Only 1 Day Old

Bunny Update 2 - 3 Day Old Bunnies.
Note: My brother was chewing gum and around halfway through the video he stands next to me and smacks it loudly. So it wasn't me as many of the people that left my youtube comments thought. =)

Bunny Update 3 - 2 Week Old Bunnies

Bunny Update 4 - 5 Weeks Old

Hope you like them!

Second Star To The Right

In 2006, my English teacher gave my class extreme freedom with our English Final. We were able to choose any literary work and create a retelling of it, as long as we discussed the original work in class.
I chose Peter Pan.
Creating a retelling isn't difficult, just look at the amount of retellings Little Red Riding Hood inspired. I had to choose a variation on the Peter Pan story theme and after much thought I settled on creating something epic. (I suppose that isn't really settling then)

Of course you must remember that I was stuck with a relatively low cost digital camera that didn't help much in the creation of an epic film. So I did the only creative thing available...took clips from other epic films.

The clips were from movies such as:
-Armageddon
-Jurassic Park I, II, and III
-Peter Pan (2003)
-Need For Speed: Tokyo Drift
-The 300 Movie Trailer
-Hook

Compiling all of these films together with some creative transitioning, I created a totally different film.

Made entirely with Windows Movie Maker,
I present for your enjoyment:

Welcome

Well for starters, you can call me Fusion. I started producing small films and videos with my digital camera in autumn of 2006. So far, I have expanded to using a tripod and trying for a more cinematic approach in what I create.
So far I have used and am learning:
-Windows Movie Maker
-Adobe After Effects
-Adobe Premiere
-Sony Vegas
And other random assorted programs that I can find to help with producing my films.

I hope you enjoy watching them as much as I enjoyed making them!
